- Heat cooking oil splutter cumin seeds and add cube sized red and yellow bell pepper and saute for 2minutes on high flame.
- Add puree (prepared earlier) and saute for minute on low flame.
- Add 1 teaspoon mint powder and mix it well.
- Add fried chicken breast. Cover the lid and cook for 5minutes on low flame.
- Mint Chicken Mole ready to eat. Serve this with tandoori roti, chapati, naan, kulcha etc.
